Privacy Policy

ClockTrack ("the Service") is provided by Ralph Tsunashima ("we"). This policy explains what the Service collects, what it does with it, and where it is kept.

1. What we collect

Only what you type in:

• Account — your email address and password (stored encrypted; we cannot read it)
• Work — dates worked, hours, overtime, night hours, breaks, employer names, salary and rate settings, paid-leave records
• Spending — amounts, dates, categories, notes, payment method, fixed costs, budgets, savings settings
• Billing — which plan you are on, its status, and the next renewal date

2. What we do not collect

These are worth stating plainly, because they are decisions built into how the Service works:

• Receipt and payslip images. Scanning reads the text inside your own browser. The image is never sent over the internet and never reaches our servers. Only the figures you choose to save are recorded.
• Card numbers. Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details never pass through our servers.
• Location, contacts, photo library, or anything else on your device.
• Advertising trackers. We do not sell or share your data for advertising. There is none of it here.

3. What we use it for

Running the Service for you, and nothing else: storing and displaying what you enter, calculating pay and balances, unlocking the features on your plan, and answering you when you write to us.

4. Where it is kept

Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not pass your data to anyone else, except where required by law.

5. Keeping it safe

All traffic is encrypted. The database enforces row-level security, so you can reach only your own rows — other people's data is not merely hidden from the interface, it is unreachable.

6. Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app. That removes everything — work records, expenses and settings. It cannot be undone.

You can also export everything as CSV or JSON from the same screen.

7. Children

The Service is for people in work and is not intended for anyone under 18.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will tell you in the app or by email if a change is significant.
